Delete your Keychime account

You can permanently delete your Keychime account and all of your data at any time. Here's how — and exactly what gets removed.

Delete it from the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Keychime app and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Account & Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted and you're signed out.

Tip: if you want to keep a copy of your leads first, export them from Settings → Data & Privacy → Export Leads to CSV before you delete.

Prefer to email us?

Send a deletion request from the email address on your account to support@keychime.com with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify it's you and complete the deletion for you.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account is permanently removed: your profile, leads and contacts, pipeline and deals, door-knock sessions and pins, follow-ups, notes, and uploaded photos.

Your data is removed from our production systems within 30 days and from encrypted backups within 90 days, except records we're legally required to keep (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
